FREE — Conversation Cards: Holiday Edition

It’s the most wonderful time of the year: the holiday season! Yes, I’m talking about Christmas, but also Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve—the Big Three of holidays. This time of year means more time together but that doesn’t always mean more time connecting. The year is coming to a close, and your girls are out of school and on the couch or, let’s be honest, in their rooms with the door closed. It’s easy to get swept up in to the rush of the holidays—parties, family gatherings, and shopping—and miss out on the togetherness the holidays are meant to bring.

Just like the conversation cards from 2020, Lifeway Girls wants to provide you with a fun resource to connect intentionally and deeply with your girls. Use these holiday-themed question cards for a game night or keep them on hand for a quick conversation starter at the dinner table or at life group. The key? Honesty. When you as an adult answer the questions honestly, that creates a safe, open space that encourages your girls to be honest with you, too.

Some questions are meant to be introspective and some are meant to be just plain fun, but all of them will be useful in helping you connect with your girls. So print the cards, grab some cookies and hot chocolate, and start getting to know each other! You won’t regret it.
